Where do I find my program or activity IDs in my HR Jetpack account?
If you're looking for your program or activity IDs, you can find them easily within your HR Jetpack account. Here’s how:
Log in to your HR Jetpack account.
Click on “Activity” in the top menu.
You’ll see a list of events and activity IDs you’ve attended or courses you’ve completed.
For a certificate of completion select the link for the event or course.
You’ll be taken to the course/event page with your activity IDs, along with a downloadable certificate of completion.
Tip: The certificate of completion includes the activity IDs you need for reporting your continuing education credits.
