What do I do with my activity IDs after completing a course or attending an event?
Once you've completed a course or attended an event through your HR Jetpack annual recertification credit subscription, you'll be able to access an Activity ID or Program ID. These IDs are used to report your continuing education credits to your certifying organization, SHRM or HRCI.

Log in to your personal SHRM or HRCI account.
Navigate to the section for entering recertification credits.
Input the Activity ID or Program ID provided by HR Jetpack.
This step is essential—SHRM and HRCI use these IDs to track your credit hours toward the required total for recertification within their 3-year cycle.
