How long do I have access to an HR Jetpack Program?
Access duration depends on the specific program you’re enrolled in. Each program has its own subscription period:
SHRM Certification Exam Prep Program
When you enroll in the SHRM Certification Exam Open Prep Program, your access includes:
1 year of access to all live sessions, session recordings, and self-paced courses included in the program.
18 months of access to the SHRM Learning System.
This timeline gives you the flexibility to prepare at your own pace and revisit materials as needed.
HR Recertification Subscription
This is an annual subscription program.
If your account is set to auto-renew (enabled by default), you'll continue to have access as long as your payment method remains valid.
If auto-renew is turned off (i.e., cancelled), you'll retain access for one year from your original subscription date. Note: You can easily cancel your subscription at any time.
