How do I cancel my HR Jetpack annual recertification credit subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your HR Jetpack account.
To cancel:
Log in to your HR Jetpack account.
Click on “Account” in the upper right-hand corner.
Follow the prompts to cancel your annual recertification credit subscription.
Important:
Canceling stops the yearly renewal, but you’ll still have full access to the service until your subscription anniversary date.
Before your account closes, be sure to take note of all your Activity IDs for any completed courses or attended events. You will need them later for SHRM or HRCI credit reporting.
