Refund Policy

Learn about HR Jetpack’s refund policy, including eligibility criteria for our SHRM Prep Program and Recertification Subscription.

At HR Jetpack, we’re committed to providing high-quality HR training experiences. While we aim for full satisfaction with every course and subscription, payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by law. This policy does not override any mandatory consumer rights or local cancellation laws.

Our course content, instructor time, and materials involve real costs. Because of this, refunds aren't typically provided.

SHRM Certification Exam Prep Program

Refunds for this program are not typically offered. However, if you meet all of the following conditions, you may request a refund:

  • No classes attended

  • No recordings viewed

  • Books are unopened and unused

  • Less than 30 days of your purchase date

Refunds are processed only after SHRM receives, inspects, and approves the returned materials. If both SHRM and HR Jetpack approves a refund, a full refund will be issued minus credit card processing and shipping fees.

Return Conditions:

  • Textbooks must be unused and in resalable condition.

  • Returns requested after 30 days or for items showing signs of use will not be accepted by SHRM.


HR Recertification Credit Subscription

Our goal is to ensure a positive learning experience through flexible, on-demand content and live events. While refunds are limited, we understand there may be specific situations where a refund request is appropriate. Below are the most common scenarios and how we handle them:

The program didn’t meet your expectations

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided:

  • No courses have been completed

  • No live events have been fully attended

This ensures our resources are used fairly.

You forgot about a recurring subscription

If your subscription renewed within the last 30 days, and:

  • You haven’t watched any courses

  • You haven’t attended any live events

Contact us for refund consideration.

If it's been over 30 days, or content has been accessed, we cannot issue a refund, in line with industry standards.
