Why Can’t I Access My HR Jetpack Program?

If you're having trouble accessing your HR Jetpack program, here are the most common reasons why:

Multiple Email Accounts

You may have registered using a different email address than the one you’re trying to log in with. Try any alternate email addresses you might have used during registration.

Incorrect Email or Password

Double-check that you’re entering the correct login credentials. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it using the “Forgot password?” link on the login page.

No Active Subscription

Most of our programs require an active annual subscription. If it’s been more than a year since your initial enrollment or last renewal, your access may have expired.

Delayed Activation

If you recently enrolled in a program or a subscription, it may take a few minutes for your access to become active. Wait a few minutes and try logging in again.

Browser or Technical Issues

Try clearing your browser cache, updating your browser, or switching to a different one. Also, ensure you have a stable internet connection.

Payment Issue

If you're on an auto-renewing subscription, it’s possible that the renewal payment didn’t go through. Check your payment method and recent transactions.
